Lady G Creation currently only ships within the United States, Mexico and Canada. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Our primary shipper is USPS. All orders are shipped with delivery conformation. Most orders will ship within 1-14 days. If there are any complications with your order you will be notified by email. Complication can be due to items being out of stock or on back order. All item in a single order will all arrive together. 

There are no returns on personalized orders. All returns need to be authorized. To authorize a return please contact us.  

Authorized returns will be issued for the following reasons:

• Incorrect Order: Customer must notify Savage Promotions, Inc. within 10 days of invoice date.
• Damaged Product: Manufacturing defects only will be approved for replacement, and must be returned within 60 days of invoice date.
  We will not replace merchandise which displays signs of wear and tear.
